CV Shortlist is the fastest way to screen a batch of resumes against one role. It is useful when you need a ranked list before sending interest invites or scheduling interviews.

How to use CV Shortlist

1. Add the job title and full JD. A stronger JD gives the ranking engine better context for what matters in the role.

2. Upload the CV files and set the threshold. Use the threshold to control which candidates are strong enough for later auto-invite or follow-up.

3. Review the results area carefully. Look at match percentage together with the reason-for-match and what-is-missing columns.

4. Invite or move strong candidates onward. Once you trust the shortlist, use the invite tools or move those profiles into later workflow stages.
